Hi,
ich just tried the example from this page: http://chipkit.org/wiki/index.php?title=Core_Timer_Service_Overview
But the compiler just says attachCoreTimerService was not declared in this scope.
I am jusing the newest Version 0.23
Does anyone have an idea?
Thank you

The example on that page compiles fine if you copy and paste. I am using mpide-0023-linux32-20120715-test
Are you sure you have a ChipKit board selected, and not an Arduino one?

Thats weird,
I had the mpide-0023-windows-20111221 and it didnt worked.
Then I used the one you suggested, but for Windows ;)
AND.....
It worked :P
But its weird that the newer Version cant compile it :?
Thank you very much!

The core timer service is a new feature added to the system, and hadn't yet been thought of at the time of the 20111221 release. I don't remember the first version where it appeared, but it was around the 20120715-test build. It is in all test builds since 0715, and will be in all future releases.
