The UNO32 has three mounting holes - adding nylon spacers leaves the whole board 3-legged, unbalanced and unable to stand. The mounting hole for the 4th leg would be helpful :)

It looks like they copied the Arduino Duemilanove PCB hole pattern; see http://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoardDuemilanove
I guess the newer Arduino "UNO" does have 4 holes and it looks like the Chipkit UNO32 has room for a fourth hole near the power jack, which would be useful. I wonder why they didn't include it.
