Getting OLED Pmod to work with Pmod shield

Hi,

Just unpacked my Chipkit Uno32 with a Pmod shield and Pmod OLED. Connected the OLED to the JC header on the Pmod shield. I tried the OLEDDemo from the OLED library on the Digilent website. Nothing happens, the screen stays black.

According to the OLEDDemo the "chipKit Uno with PMod shield" is on the supported boards list, but has a note: "To use this, download and deploy the Board Variant for chipKIT UNO32 W/Pmod Shield from the Digilent website". However, I cannot find any such Board Variant on the Digilent website. Can anyone help?

Note that I also got the Wifi Pmod and got it to work with the Pmod shield, so it seems nothing apparent is wrong with my board or environment...

Thankful for any pointers in the right direction :)

Hello Anders,

Try selecting the Cerebot MX3ck as the target board in Tools | Board. When the Uno32 is mounted with the Pmod Shield it essentially becomes a Cerebot MX3ck.
