sample sketches for the chipkit?

since the documentation for the chipkit is so sketchy and scattered at the moment, i would find it really useful to have a bunch of working examples in a variety of areas. just want something to look and try to figure out and copy what i need.

the examples that came with the IDE seem to be just copies of the original Arduino stuff, some works some doesn't.

any suggestions as to keywords to search in the forum for finding example sketches?

I filled in a bit of information, but I haven't played with all the sketches.
