WebServer RD4 RG6

When running the WebServer Example on the Max32 it appears to set RD4 and RG6 to outputs and make them logic 0. I can't see why these pins are needed or why they would be controlled. I haven't time to look into the code yet but I was wondering if anyone had some insight why these pins are being set?

I was fooling myself... The chipKIT WebServer is not setting these pins, I was loading the Arduino WebServer Example
