Got new MAX32 board

Powered using USB, and power led ( red ) is on, and the green led on the other side is blinking.

When I fire up MPIDE on Windows, and try to load an example, I see it trying to talk to the board, but nothing happens.

Do I need to set anything on the board ?

I looked using PORTMON, and I see that avrdude process is trying to send data out, but the reads time out.

Adding more info to my own post.

Using PORTMON, I observed that AVRDUDE set the port to 115.2K 8N1, and keeping sending 7 bytes and receiving 1. It does thing in a loop, with many TIMEOUT on reads.

I changed to 3 computers, all the same result.

OH well, it is not as smooth as I thought.

You set the correct Board and COM port from the tools menu right?

Thanks to all. I've got this resolved.

Form some reason that I don't know, I had to use another USB cable. I have a cable that works with some Cameras/Mobile Phones, but does not work with the chipKit board. Anyway, it took me a few hours....
