M2TKLIB for chipKIT

I have ported to and checked M2TKLIB with chipKIT Uno and the dogm128 library. All is fine. M2TKLIB is build on top of an existing (G)LCD Library. It is a so called user interface library and provides selection boxes, buttons, number and text inputs, etc.
