Is MPIDE a malware?

Just tried mpide-0023-windows-20140821 According to AVAST antivirus mpide.exe is infected by FileRepMalware and was blocked.

Yeah, that's a false alert. It's not actually finding anything bad in it, it's just saying that they don't know enough about it to make a proper decision, so they're erring on the side of caution.

FileRepMalware means "File doesn't have enough reputation".
