chipkit Uno32 LD3 Constant Red

Hallo My chipkit uno32 is connected to the basic I/O shield. Suddenly my display stoped working and now when i connect power to the uno32 the LD3 is constantly Red. Does anybody know why my boards does this?

LD3 is the power LED. It's supposed to be constantly red. Are you sure you mean LD3 and not either of LD1 or LD2 which are the red communication LEDs?
