Ethernet library versions

Are there different versions of the Ethernet library (Digilent document number DSD-0000318) and if so, which versions work with which versions of MPIDE?

I only know of 3 distinct versions - if there are different revisions of those in different places on the Digilent site is anyone's guess.

There is the chipKITEthernet library (old), and the DNETcK library (newer), both in the same "all their libraries" archive on various pages.

And then there's Keith's new rewrite of DNETcK without any of the Microchip TCP/IP stack code - I haven't seen this one yet, so I don't know how far he has got with it.
