Has anyone run into problems using the MP IDE when more than a single display is used?
I have multiple monitors connected to my PC. When I start the IDE, everything runs fine until I drag the window onto another monitor. Then everything locks up, and I have to use Windows Task Manager to kill the processes.
Obviously, I can get around the problem by not moving the window to different displays, but it seems like this shouldn't happen.. ??

I have the Hyper-Snap-DX program that won't work on my 2nd monitor. I just run it on my primary monitor. All OK.

It is not an MP IDE problem as much as a JAVA Issue.
I have the same problem with any Java App.
If you always want it on the second display, move it, let it crash then restart it and it will default to the secondary display when it re opens.
Personally I use Notepad++ and Terminal.exe in place of MP IDE, by setting preferences to use an external editor.
You still need the MP IDE open but you only pop it up to compile and build, so you have full use of your alternate displays and a better terminal and editor too.
