Dear all,

I am looking for the c code for solar elevation angle calculation.Please let me know which controller will help to fill requirement of NREL spa algorithms. Is anyone here tried to calculate nrel code which can fit on arduino platform boards

I took a look at the code in this document:

I didn't try it, but it doesn't look unreasonably large to run on a chipKIT board.

DO you know how to calculate the solar back tracking.The link you attached solved my problem.

Now i am looking for BACKtracking algorithm
