CUI32Stem Replacement Bootloader

Here's a replacement bootloader (compiled from the official chipKIT bootloader source) for the CUI32Stem board. This one works in Linux :)
You'll need a PICKIT3 and MPLAB-X (or MPLAB), or a PICKIT2 and the pic32prog utility in order to upload it (or some other bootloader burning method).
