Is there a tool to turn 'chipKIT-Bootloaders.production.hex' into 'Uno32.c' for inclusion in the 'UpdBlUno32.pde' updater?

I'm sure the transformation from '.hex' to code within the '.c' file was automated somehow thus a tool must exist somewhere.
