Can anyone tell me the temperature range of the uno32 and its components?

Im guessing commerical 0-70C ?

It's hard to say really... You'd have to take the temperature range of all the components and work out the overlapping central region.

The main chip is -40C to +105C "under bias" (i.e., when running), and -65C to +150C for storage. I'd say that's probably the most sensitive device on the board - the rest being mostly passives or small components like op-amps and voltage regulators.

There's no BGA chips, so there aren't any of the temperature related delamination problems you get with those (that's when the board expands at a different rate than the chip and cracks form in the soldering of the chip - most common failure for things like laptops).

Ok. If I could count on -20 to 60C I'd be happy for this project.
