sys/endian.h (hardware/pic32/compiler/pic32-tools/pic32mx/include/sys/endian.h) includes non-existant header sys/swap.h

This file used to exist in earlier versions of mpide.

(I am on mpide-0023-linux32-20120715-test by the way)

I see it in my 20120903 install in windows. Can you try the newer version?
