Adafruit_LEDBackpack ported to ChipKIT

I've modified the Adafruit_LEDBackpack library to work with ChipKIT uP Boards. Modification of the Adafruit_GFX library was also required. Examples compile but only matrix8x8 has been tested. I've attached ZIP files with both libraries.
